Acceptance

These Terms of Use apply to the TelePRO website, mobile apps, tools, content, support, and related services. By using TelePRO, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

What TelePRO provides

TelePRO provides creator tools, speaking calculators, guides, and a mobile teleprompter app for scripts, recording, captions, AI assistance, and export workflows. Features may change over time, and some features may be unavailable on certain devices, platforms, regions, or plans.

Accounts, purchases, and subscriptions

• TelePRO may offer a free tier and paid access tiers called TelePRO PRO and TelePRO MAX.
• TelePRO PRO may be offered as monthly, annual, annual with a trial, annual first-year promotional offer, or lifetime one-time purchase packages.
• TelePRO MAX may be offered as weekly, monthly, or annual subscription packages.
• Available packages, prices, taxes, trial eligibility, promotional eligibility, renewal periods, and included features are shown in the app and in the relevant app store before purchase. They may vary by country, currency, platform, store account, promotion, and time.
• Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel through the app store or payment provider before renewal. Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends, according to the store terms shown at purchase.
• Lifetime purchases, where offered, are one-time purchases for the paid tier identified at purchase for as long as TelePRO supports that product and the app remains available, subject to these terms and applicable law.
• Refunds, billing disputes, payment failures, renewal notices, and cancellation workflows are handled by the app store or payment provider used for the purchase, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Cancellation and renewal terms

To cancel an Apple App Store subscription, manage the subscription from your Apple Account subscription settings and choose Cancel Subscription. To cancel a Google Play subscription, manage the subscription from Google Play subscriptions and follow the cancellation prompts. If TelePRO is offered through another store or payment provider, use that provider's subscription management flow.

Deleting the app, stopping use, logging out, or deleting local app data does not necessarily cancel a subscription. Access usually continues until the end of the paid billing period after cancellation unless the store or payment provider states otherwise.

If you upgrade, downgrade, switch billing cycles, pause, resubscribe, restore purchases, or receive a refund, the store or payment provider controls the effective date, proration, renewal date, access period, and payment method rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of scripts, recordings, captions, images, videos, and other materials you create or import. You grant TelePRO the limited rights needed to operate the app and provide the features you choose, including storing, processing, previewing, exporting, or transmitting content where required.

You are responsible for the content you submit, record, process, publish, or share through TelePRO, including having the rights and permissions needed to use it.

AI and generated output

AI-assisted features can help draft, rewrite, caption, or process content, but outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or relying on it.

Acceptable use

• Do not use TelePRO to violate laws, infringe rights, harass, deceive, or harm others.
• Do not upload or process content you do not have permission to use.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, overload, bypass limits, or misuse TelePRO infrastructure.
• Do not use TelePRO to create or distribute illegal, abusive, exploitative, or non-consensual content.

Website tools and guidance

Website calculators and guides are provided for planning and educational use. Speaking-time estimates, caption timing, and delivery guidance are approximations and should be checked against your actual content and audience needs.

Intellectual property

TelePRO, the TelePRO name, site design, app design, software, logos, and related materials are owned by TelePRO or its licensors. These terms do not grant you rights to copy, resell, or redistribute TelePRO software or brand assets except as allowed by law.

Disclaimers and limits

TelePRO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free output, perfect speech recognition, or that every device, export, app store, network, or third-party service will work at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TelePRO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost content, or business interruption.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or change, suspend, or discontinue parts of TelePRO. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through the website, app, or other appropriate means. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
